You can request a return under the following conditions:
The item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described.
You received the wrong size or product.
Your item was never delivered within 35 calendar days of the shipping date.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
We offer free size exchanges if:
The received item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The size received does not match the ordered size or is unsuitable based on our size chart.
📌 Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee in size-related exchange cases unless there was an error on our side.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Worn or washed items
Items without original packaging
Final sale or clearance items
Email contact@trysculptix.com with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or replacement process within 2–4 business days.
If your return is approved:
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For exchanges, a replacement product will be dispatched at no additional cost (in eligible cases).
